Follow new updates and improvements to SendMyVoice.

July 25th, 2026

Added a "Fix" menu on recordings.

Each completed recording now has a β€œFix” menu with:

  • Regenerate summary - re-run the AI on the existing transcript to get a fresh title and summary.

  • Regenerate in another language - regenerate the title and summary in another supported language. Useful when the language detection selects an incorrect transcript.

  • Re-deliver to your workflow - push the new version to the destination. Notion pages are updated in place and email is resent; Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Notion database rows add a new copy.

And another big batch of updates this week πŸ₯΅

Share a recording in a couple of clicks

There's a proper Share dialog now, reachable from both a recording and the recordings list. Copy the link, drop it straight into X, LinkedIn, or Facebook, embed it, or share it over email. Anyone with the link can listen and no account needed.

Embed a voice note on your website

You can now drop a voice note straight onto any web page. Open any recroding, click the Share β†’ Embed button, and you get a small player you can match to your site: light or dark, your own accent color, custom title. It works on landing pages, blog posts, docs, wherever. On Pro you can also remove the SendMyVoice mark.

Here is the real live widget, click it:

And here is how embedding looks like:

Edit a recording after the fact

Did the transcription got a name slightly wrong, or you want to tidy the summary? You can now edit a recording's title, summary, and transcript by yourself. If you've already shared it, the public version updates too.

A real Recordings page

History got a full rebuild. It's now a clean, searchable list: filter by workflow, search across your notes, page through them, and play any recording inline without leaving the page. Finding an old note is finally quick.

A Workflows page

Your workflows now live on their own page in a simple table, so it's easier to see everything you've set up at a glance.

A better, more reliable player

I fixed the share player so the progress bar and total time actually work, and you can click anywhere on the waveform to jump around. A few smaller playback glitches went away in the process.

July 20th, 2026

Every account now includes a built-in "Voice notes" workflow. Simply record, and your note is transcribed, summarized, and saved to your dashboard β€” no connections or destinations required. Perfect for using SendMyVoice as your note storage.

Share any recording via a link

Each recording now has a "Share" button. It generates a public link allowing anyone to listen, read the transcript, and download the audio β€” no account necessary. The link remains active until you click "Stop sharing," and deleting the recording removes the link as well.

Download your recordings

There's now a Download button next to the player on every recording page. It saves the original audio file to your device. Pro plan only.

Recording page redesign

The recording page is now a single card: player and download on top, summary next, transcript below. Previously these were four separate sections.

Fix: the Google sign-in button now shows a loading spinner instead of doing nothing until the redirect.

Two new integrations just shipped.

Google Docs - pick a folder in your Drive, and every voice note creates a clean, formatted document inside it. Meeting notes, memos, briefs - just talk and the doc shows up.

Google Sheets - pick a spreadsheet, we figure out your columns, and your voice fills in the right ones. Say "coffee with client, $14.50, business development" and it lands as a row. If you add or rename columns later, we pick that up automatically.

Same AI magic as Notion - your voice note gets transcribed, structured, and delivered. Set it up once, works every time.

That's four integrations live now: Notion, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Email. More coming.

Based on the early feedback, adding some crucial changes:

πŸŽ™οΈ Record button always visible
The Record button is now always in the header β€” no more scrolling to find it on mobile.

πŸ”— Smarter Notion reconnection
Reconnecting the same Notion workspace updates your existing connection instead of creating a duplicate. The page now detects changes instantly and shows a success message.

πŸ“§ Email confirmation polling
After sending a confirmation email, the page now auto-detects when the recipient confirms - no need to refresh.

πŸ“Š Multiple items per recording
Say "coffee $5, lunch $12, groceries $40" in one voice note and we'll create 3 separate database rows β€” automatically detected from context.

February 22nd, 2026

Hey! It's Oleksii, developer behind SendMyVoice.com.

I built this app to scratch my own itch. For a long time, I've been using Notion and Google Sheets to track my habits, journal daily, and keep my projects organized. The problem? Actually filling things in. Opening the app, finding the right page, tapping through fields - it's just enough friction that I'd skip it. Especially on busy days. Especially doing this multiple times per hour.

So I started thinking: what if I could just say it out loud and have everything land where it needs to?

That's SendMyVoice. You speak, and your voice note gets transcribed, structured, and sent straight to your workspace: as a clean note, a database row with fields filled in, or whatever format fits your setup.

Here's what's live today:

  • Voice recording - tap, speak, done. Works right in your browser, nothing to install.

  • Accurate transcription - not basic dictation. Your voice is transcribed properly, even with names, numbers, and context.

  • Smart structuring - it doesn't just give you a wall of text. It pulls out titles, dates, statuses, priorities, amounts etc.

  • Pages and databases - target a page for freeform notes and summaries, or a database for structured rows with properties auto-filled.

  • Workflows - connect a destination, set up a workflow, and every recording goes exactly where it should. No copy-pasting.

  • Notion integration - connect your workspace with literally one click, browse your pages and databases, pick a target, boom and done.

  • Email integration - voice notes can go straight to any email. Send yourself a recap, fire off meeting notes to a colleague, whatever you need.

This is just the beginning. Slack, Google Sheets, and email are next β€” the idea is that your voice note can go anywhere, not just one tool. Speak once, automate everywhere.

If you've ever abandoned a habit tracker because logging was too tedious, or skipped journaling because typing felt like a chore β€” give it a try. That's literally why I built it.
